New clients will be required to provide a non-refundable $80.00 deposit which will be applied to your first visit. The deposit fee is required at the time of booking or we cannot hold your appointment. If you miss your appointment or cancel within 48 business hours, your deposit is forfeit.
No showing to your appointment (or cancelling with short notice) denies another patient the opportunity to be treated. Clients who no show (or cancel without ample notice) may be required to make a deposit before scheduling future appointments. Multiple occurrences may result in dismissal from our practice.
Credit card on file:
Hopmeadow Animal Hospital now offers the ability to securely store your credit card on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so we may offer your time to other patients. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If your schedule is tight, please feel free to call ahead to confirm that our appointments are running on time as scheduled.
Payment in full is due at the time that services are performed. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks with proper identification. We also gladly accept CareCredit Heathcare Finance, which offers a 6 month interest free payment plan. Patient Arrival Policy
For your safety and the safety of our staff and animals in our care, we require that all animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers while in the waiting room and parking lot.
