To check in for your scheduled appointment or medication pick up, please call the front desk at 860-658-1931. Currently, our waiting room is closed, however, we are allowing one family member to accompany their pet in during their doctor visit.
A properly worn face mask will be required to enter the building. Technician appointments, drop offs, and food/medication pick-up will remain curb side.
We are here to provide the best possible care for all of our clients and patients but please expect extended wait times. We appreciate your patience as we all deal with these challenging times.

We are OPEN, but closed to foot traffic..
We know your pets are members of your family and we want to be able to continue to provide veterinary healthcare services to them, but we will need your help and understanding. In order to limit exposure to our staff, we have made some changes to our daily operations. Please stay home if you are feeling ill or if you have been in close contact with those that are sick. If your pet needs veterinary care and you are sick, please reach out to a friend, family member, or a pet-sitter to organize transportation. If you have traveled out of state or you should be quarantining, please re-schedule your appointment or make arrangements for another person to come for the appointment.

For Medication & food refills:Please call ahead so that a staff member can organize your refill or food. When you arrive, please call from your vehicle and a staff member can take payment from the phone and will bring the items outside and place them on our stone wall for contactless pick up.
